Terms and Conditions – we555 Gaming Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to we555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and we555 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on we555, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

we555 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. All transactions on we555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of we555 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use we555, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. we555 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or business.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a we555 employee in a role with access to platform operations, odds setting or game outcomes.
• You have not previously had a we555 account closed due to violation of these Terms.
• You understand that online gaming involves real money and that losses are a normal outcome — we555 does not guarantee returns on any bet or game.

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account on we555. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is not permitted and will result in all accounts being closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. Do not share your account access with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

• Account registration requires accurate personal information — name, contact number and any other details requested during sign-up.
• you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via the support channel in the platform.
• we555 may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reason to believe the information provided is false, inaccurate or being used to circumvent platform rules.
• Account closure at your request can be initiated through account settings or via the support team. Any eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification is completed.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at we555's discretion. You will be notified before any action is taken.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on we555 are processed in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversions applied to player balances.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer are credited to your we555 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name — depositing from a third-party account is not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within a few hours of approval. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

• we555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be released to a payment account that matches the registered player name. Payouts to third-party accounts are not processed under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for full details.
• In the event of a suspected error in a credited amount, we555 may place a hold on the relevant funds pending investigation. You must notify us if you believe an error has occurred in your favour.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on we555 are subject to the specific rules of the product being used — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo or any other game type. General rules that apply across all products are set out below.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or sports bet, we555 will resolve the situation according to the platform's internal fair-play policy. If a round cannot be completed due to a verified system error, stakes will be returned.
• Odds on sports markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed without notice during events where circumstances change rapidly — for example, a wicket falling during a Cricket over or a red card in Football.
• we555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface before you confirm any wager.
• Slot games, crash games, Bingo and Live Casino titles operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet size or account history.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

we555 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and cashback promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window.

• we555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in, any qualifying activity completed up to the point of withdrawal will be honoured.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

we555 is built for genuine recreational players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure:

• Opening or operating more than one account on we555 under any name or set of personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games in a way that gives an unfair advantage over normal play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer table games.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform software. Any winnings accumulated through a known or suspected system error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information at any stage of registration or verification.
